Standard Shipping and Basket Creation Policies:

  1. We only ship to the Continental Unites States. (We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Territories).
  2. Standard Shipping is free.
  3. Basket Creation: Most Baskets are created in 1-5 business days after your order is placed. Packages are only created on business days. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days. Some baskets are created the same day if the order is received by 12 p.m. (Noon). So, if your order is placed on a Friday after 12 Noon or a weekend it will not be placed to be created until the following business day (Monday, and if Monday is a Holiday it will be placed to be created on Tuesday).
  4. Shipping Time: Standard shipping time is from 1 to 10 business days from the time the basket is created. You will receive a tracking number. If you don’t receive a tracking number in 5 days after you place your order, please contact us by email at: Treat yourself like someone you loved. I am who I have been looking for. I have to look through my fear and into a mirror and see clearly that the woman looking back at me is the only one who can make Support@redfiregifts.com.
  5. Where we do not Ship: We do not ship to Hospitals or P.O. Boxes. We also do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and/or other U.S. Territories). Should you give an address to a hospital and do not let us know, and the package is not delivered to the intended recipient, we are not liable. A refund will not be given.
  6. No guaranty of delivery to the intended recipient for the following: Colleges, Universities, Schools, Camps, Businesses, Churches or Large Establishments. Most packages are delivered to a central location, mail-room, or front desk. We will know it has been delivered, but we cannot guaranty that the intended recipient will receive his/her basket. Please follow up on your own at these establishments. It is recommended that you ship the package to yourself and deliver it We do our best to get the package to the intended location.

Expedited Shipping (1, 2, or 3-day shipping) Policy: (Case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed)

  1. Please take advantage of our FREE standard shipping. Plan ahead of time for your special occasions so you can provide your intended recipient with your purchased gift basket.
  2. Expedited is not guaranteed. It is considered on a case by case basis.
  3. You, the purchaser, are responsible for all expensive shipping charges above and beyond the purchase of a standard shipped package. Your credit card will be charged any and all additional fees pertaining to expedited shipping and processing.
  4. When sending requests, please send and email to: Support@redfiregifts.com and include the answers to the following questions:
    1. Product name and price to be purchased and shipped
    2. Address for the package to be shipped
    3. Type of shipping you are requesting (1,2, or 3-day shipping)

Note:  Please allow 24 hours for a response. (Not all packages can ship over night and the order has to be placed before Noon.) We will try to response timely.

  1. Most packages do not get delivered on the weekends. It depends on the shipping company.
